Welcome to Rabicano. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rabicano platform, operated under Rabicano Foundation. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Rabicano
Rabicano is an investment platform that connects users to an AI-driven, algorithmic forex trading system, with performance independently published on Myfxbook and MQL5. Users deposit USDT or the RABI token and select from a range of investment plans.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use investment services in your jurisdiction to use Rabicano. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Rabicano complies with the laws that apply to you.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@rabicano.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Investment Plans
Each investment plan (Secure, Balanced, Aggressive, and Fixed-term plans) has its own minimum investment, return profile, and terms, as described on our Investment Plans page. Returns on flexible plans are variable and expressed as “up to” a stated maximum — never guaranteed. Please review our Risk Disclosure before investing.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are accepted in USDT (TRC20 or BEP20) and RABI (BEP20). You are responsible for sending funds to the correct address on the correct network. Withdrawals of eligible profits and capital follow the terms specific to your chosen plan.
6. Risk Acknowledgment
By using Rabicano, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Risk Disclosure, that trading involves risk of loss, and that you are investing funds you can afford to lose.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use Rabicano for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or circumventing applicable sanctions or regulations.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rabicano and Rabicano Foundation are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from market performance.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Rabicano after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
